chili mac with tri color spirals and fried onion topping

1 1/2 tsp earth balance
2 tsp flour
2 1/2 cups soy milk
i package daiya cheese
salt pepper to taste
1 pkg tri color pasta
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can corn
1/2 lb soy crumbles
1 pkg fried onions
2 tblsp olive oil
salt pepper
Make your cheese sauce. Melt earth balance in pan, add flour and salt pepper and stir constantly over medium heat until flour starts to brown. All at once, add soy milk and any further water necessary to make the sauce as thin as soy milk. Add cheese and stir until combined. Sit aside.
Pre heat oven to 375. Boil noodles until done 12-15 minutes
Saute onion in olive oil with salt pepper. When onion is translucent, add soy crumbles. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers last 5 minutes.
Combine noodles, sauce and onion meat mixture and corn, top with fried onions and bake for 35-40 minutes until center is bubbly
