sauté a large onion in some oilive oil. While you're doing that boil some potato starch wide noodles. Add garlic and shallots to the onion and sauté some more. When onion mixture is soft, add drained noodles to the pot and pout some of the liquid in (full of potato starch). The beef tips are gardein brand. Add some statued mushrooms and vegan sour cream at the end.
