Cheese sauce is simple roux with dayia cheese melted into it. The oven fries are baking potatoes cut in thin wedges with olive oil and BAM spread on them, baked in oven for 45 mins. The broccoli is steamed for about 6 minutes. The meatloaf is a harvest loaf from Wholefoods that I poured a jar of picante sauce on, rolled it up in aluminum foil and baked in the oven for 56 minutes. John said that it was the best "meatloaf" that he'd ever had.
