Home made Vegan Meat Balls with pasta

My partner John who doesn't like meat substitutes generally can't get enough of these vegan meat balls. That is how I know they are good!
Start with one lb of the litelife breakfast sausage and 1/2 lb of the ground litelife ground meat substitute. Combine in a bowl and add a touch of salt, some black pepper, a healthy dose of paprika, some oregano, some ground star anise and some ground fennel seeds. Mix all of that together and make small 3/4 inch meatballs out of it. Fry in 1/2 of oil until evenly brown.
They freeze well and they are super delicious!
