Pressure cooker Cranberry Beans with Potatoes and Rice

In a pressure cooker, pour in some oil and turn it on high heat. Chop a large onion and add to the cooker. Close list and cook at high pressure for 20 minutes. Let pressure off manually and add 2 cups of dry cranberry beans and 2 cups of vegetable stock. Also add a bay leaf and a couple of vegetable bullion cubes. Cook at high pressure for 30 minutes. Let pressure off manually and add 4 roughly chopped red potatoes. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and let pressure easy naturally. After this last step, open pressure cooker and add some salt and pepper to taste.
From start to end it take about an hour for dry beans.
