Quinoa Salad

Cooked 250g (300ml) of quinoa gently for about 20 minutes in 600ml vegetable stock, (which I think was too much liquid) and let is set/rest/steam off the heat . Didn't like the taste at all, so I used much less to combine with the tasty bits:
3T pomegranate seeds
juice of 1/2 lime
2T chopped coriander
2T chopped mint
2T roasted almond flakes
1 tomato, deseeded and diced finely
2T olive oil
Next time I'll use bulgur or couscous. Don't care for quinoa.
