I'm addicted to the roasted brussels sprouts. Roasted little buttons of sweet deliciousness. To make, but sprouts in half and dump in bowl. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and salt/pepper. Throw on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 for about 35 minutes. No need to preheat oven.

The rice is Jasmine rice (delicious) with carrots added when cooking.

The vegan hamburgers are excellent. 1 part litelife breakfast sausage, 1 part litelife hamburger, 1 part soy crumbles with olive oil added to make it easier to work with. I also add some liquid smoke and oregano to cut the breakfast sausage taste. They fry up beautifully and are here served with mushroom gravy.
