Slow cooked Navy Beans over Jasmine Rice. Delicious.
Sautee some onions until soft and then add 1 qt vegetable stock. Bring to boil and add 1 lb of navy beans. Continue to boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and add a bay leaf, salt, pepper, vegetable bullion, poultry seasoning and I like to add some olive oil.
Let this sit for 4 hours. After 4 hours, bring back to boil and then simmer for 1 hour. Beans should be soft.
Serve over Jasmine Rice.
