What a delicious meal.

Corn: Heat up some oil in a skillet, dump corn in, fry on med-high for approx 20 min, stirring infrequently until approx 40% of the corn has carmalized.

Meatloaf: 1 bag of soy crumbles, 1 lb of litelife ground protein, 1 lb of litelift sausage style ground protein. 1/2 lb okara (soybean dredge from making soymilk) 1/3 cup olive oil, wheat germ, liquid smoke, italian seasoning, paprika. Mix all ingredients together and form in loaf pan. Bake at 375 for an hour.

I let all ingredients get room temp before mixing; makes it much easier. This is a delicious meatloaf.. best I've made. It's appropriately loafish yet meaty. I would highly recommend it. I usually cook mine with barbque sauce on the top and it's served here with gravy.
