Solar Cooked Sweet and Sour Chicken

This was a super easy dish. I cut two chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and put them in the pan. Next I added a bell pepper, also cut into bite sized pieces, half a can of pineapple (too much has an acid effect on the chicken) chunks, and some sweet and sour sauce (I used a bottled version from the store).
After mixing it all up, I put it in a cooking bag and onto the solar cooker for 2.5 hours.
It came out pretty tasty - a better quality sweet and sour sauce would make a big difference.
