This is a seriously tasty dish.

I took two chicken breasts, cut them up into bite sized pieces, and put them in the pan.

In a mixing bowl, I combined 1 cup of salsa, some of the roasted garlic and oil from the previous days solar cooking, and about 1/3rd of a cup of various dryed chiles and other mexican seasonings.

I used the HotPot reflector with an oval granite-ware pan, and put it out for about 3 hours.

After draining the accumulated juices, I put some in a corn tortilla that I had just heated up in a hot pan.

Add to that a little shredded lettuce, some fresh cut tomato, and a little squeeze of lime. Best solar tacos I ever made.

Next time I will try and solar cook the tortillas as well.
