Solar cooked teri chicken with onions and bell peppers

Slow cooking in the solar cooker makes this an easy dish to prepare. No marinating necessary as the slow cooking process permeates the food, bringing the teriyaki sauce with it.

The chicken is fully cooked at around 2 hours but the onions take another hour to sweeten.

Three hours in my solar funnel cooker and it is done! The funnel cooker does not need to be turned at all during this time. Set and forget for yummy food.
