telecommuter breakfast: 4 minute fried eggs

I have fried eggs for breakfast about once a week and have optimized the process to the point where I can have the eggs ready before the toast is finished the 4 minute cycle in the toaster.

quick process is:

* start stove on high heat, spray pan with oil and place on burner
* start the toaster oven, insert bread (4 minute countdown begins)
* crack eggs into pan, lower heat to medium or medium-low depending on burner size
* salt + pepper your eggs
* critical step: cover pan with lid. This keeps the heat in which speeds up cooking and cooks the top of the egg very lightly
* gather yourself a plate, a fork and any butter, or other toppings while things cook.
* ding, toast is done and so are your eggs, enjoy
