Sous Vide Flank Steak

Vacuumpacked some flank steak with some butter, salt and pepper and cooked it for 45 minutes in a 49°C-52°C waterbath. Then quickly seared it in hot pan for 90 seconds. Didn't have time to rest it properly so there was quite some juices coming out while cutting it, but it was tasty anyway.
Great value for money, this flank steak is only 7,50 euro p/kg.
