Threw this together for lunch.

2 tbs unsalted butter
4 or 5 small red potatoes, diced
1/2 tbs Moroaccan seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat, add the potaoes and cook until browned, stirring every couple of minutes.

When the potatoes are done to your liking, add the salt and seasoning.

Eat and enjoy.

The Moroccan spice blend is a combination of parsley, cilantro, spearmint, onion, cumin, red pepper, white pepper, cinnamon and other spices.
