ooops i forgot to sprinkLe some brown suga, hunny!

first, diced pineappLe bits was mixed w/Häagen-Dazs' coconut ice cream
then, returned to the freezer for an xtra coLd topping
then, as you can see on the previous pic/vid,
i sLiced a ripe pLantain into quarter inch thick pieces
and saute'd for 5-7 minutes on ea side on butta
or until brown...
