strawberry banana bread

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups ripe bananas, mashed (about 6 medium-size)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups flour
1 1/2 lbs sliced strawberries

- preheat oven to 325 & grease 2 loaf pans
-cream butter & sugar
-mash bananas and mix with butter & sugar
-add eggs one at a time
-mix salt, baking soda, and flour together in a separate bowl. Once eggs are incorporated, add flour mixture
-stir in sliced strawberries

bake for about 60 minutes, allow to fully cool before removing from pans
