U'all know iM not a fan of bell peppers, but these were deLish!
Used some of the bison marinara without too much sauce & stuffed in cored peppers then topped w/feta cheese and sprinkLe of chopped basil.
Popped in oven & voiLa ヽ(^o^)丿
I have my second meal from Bison meat marinara!!!!
Did a healthy combo w/side saLad.
I ate with shaved parmesan, but discarded the croutons bec not wheat.
