Burger Time

This beast is my "Double Stuffed Grilled Dead Guy Ranch & Cheddar Burger".

Made of up a 1/2lb of beef mixed with ranch dressing mix and Rouge's Dead Guy Ale then stuffed with a mound of seriously extra sharp cheddar cheese and topped off with the same on a light and airy roll.

With the unofficial end of summer upon us and some bonus time off I don't feel so guilty eating this monster!

This is heaven.
