Ciabatta with mozzarella and tomatoes

This is me on my way to the MELT! 2008 festival, having prepared the best travel snack.
One day before the travel:
Take some cherry tomatoes and mini-mozzarellas. Put both in a clean jar and mix with a strong vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Put some rocket and basil leaves on top, so that they don't get soggy.
On you way to the train/motorway, get a fresh ciabatta bread from the baker. When hungry, rip it in half, make a pocket and empty the jar into it. Presto, instant yum!
(simply throw the jar away when empty)
