SNERT!!!! the home made kind, snorski style....
water, split peas, chopped onions, diced celery root, beef shank, a bit of evoo, lamb shank, thyme, rosemary, garlic, cubed potatoes, a bag of shredded soup veggies (celery stalk, cauliflower, bell pepper, carrots and parsley) from the local Appie and a couple of hours of lovingly dedicated simmering, turning it into a thin stew or thick soup.... salt and pepper to taste....
