I took my time to cook this AAA steak. The tasty inch-thick piece of protein was left at room temp for 30 min, dried, seasoned with smoked salt flakes and freshly ground pepper, cooked in my convection toaster over at 150 degrees F for 30 min, then grilled under the broiler after being slathered with a sweet roasted garlic and red pepper paste.
Beefy, juicy, tender... it was so good, if I can say that aloud. :)
