Preheat the oven to about 200degC. Take two large tomatoes, cut them in half and scoop out the middle. Crush and roughly chop two cloves of garlic, then sprinkle it into the tomatoes. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Place the tomatoes into a foil-lined tin which has been sprinkled with olive oil, then place an egg on top of each tomatoe half. Sprinkle with black pepper and a bit of salt, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the egg is done, then serve with bread - preferably crusty - and red wine.
