Spicy Fish with Cilantro

1.5 cups fresh cilantro
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs chipotles in adobo
1 tbs water
1/2 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 6oz tilapia filets
Preheat broiler.
Puree all ingredients, except the fish, in a blender or food processor. Coat the fish with the puree.
Place under the broiler for 6-9 minutes, flipping once.
Serve with rice and vegetable of your choice.
Very tasty. We doubled the chipotles to add a bit more spice to the dish. Very, very good.
