Snow and sakura don't usually go together. But it just did. Early this morning, it snowed. Anyway, it got sunny soon.

I made myself sweet and sour pork for lunch, and by the time I finished washing the dishes, it got cloudy and rained, thus effectively ruined my plan to go out for some shots.

Hell, according to the weather forecast, it isn't suppose to rain nor snow today. Obviously the weather in Japan has gone haywire.

Recipe (for 1 person):
1. Ingredients
Shoulder roast (Pork) ----- 100g
Onion --------------------- 1/2
Bamboo shoot -------------- 1 (50g)
Carrot -------------------- 1/2 (50g)
Mushroom ------------------ 2
Green pepper -------------- 2

2. Seasoning
Salt ---------------------- 1/4 t/sp
Cooking wine -------------- 1 t/sp
Starch -------------------- 1 t/sp
Pepper -------------------- Little

3. Batter
Egg ----------------------- 1
Water --------------------- 2 1/2 tbl/sp
Flour --------------------- 5 tbl/sp
Starch -------------------- 1 1/2 tbl/sp

3. Sauce
Sugar --------------------- 3 tbl/sp
Soy sauce ----------------- 1 t/sp
Cooking wine -------------- 1 tbl/sp
Salt ---------------------- 1/3 t/sp
Tomato ketchup ------------ 3 tbl/sp
Water --------------------- 2 tbl/sp
Starch added with water --- 1 1/2 tbl/sp

Steps:
1. Stir-fry vegetables at medium heat, remove from pan and put aside.
2. Coat meat with batter and deep fry.
3. Heat sauce in pan, add meat and vegetable and stir well.
4. Finally, add starch and water, stir and serve.
