Share on TwitterI decided to make scones today so thought I'd take some pics with my new iPhone 3GS along the way and upload the vague recipe!
Step One - Take some self-raising flour and sift it with a sieve to remove any lumps. Then chuck in some butter and mix it in with the flour with your hands until it looks and feels like fine yellow flour. There should be no lumps at all. Next chuck in some sugar (depending on how sweet you want it) and you can also throw in raisins at this point if you're into that kind of thing...
