pan fried salmon with tumeric
sprinkle salt on the salmon, then coat with tumeric
heat olive oil in a pan, (butter optional), pan fry.
gently remove skin while in the pan, and fry the skin on both sides.
optional - add some chopped garlic in the pan, sprinkle on top of the salmon when serving.
I added some greens into the pan while the salmon was cooking.

When serving, I pour the remaining olive oil over the salmon, and sometimes add a dribble of soy sauce.
