Made this with what we had in the fridge. It turned out pretty good, but nothing fantastic.

Pork Stir Fry
12 oz boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 red chili peppers, chopped
Soy sauce
Rice wine
Oyster sauce

Add a little sesame oil to the pan. Add the bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook until they being to soften. Add the pork and chili peppers. Add some soy sauce, rice wine and oyster sauce to taste. Cook until the pork is done.

Served over brown rice that was made in the microwave.
