Pork with Onions and Mushrooms

Nothing difficult about this one. The corn was microwaved and the asparagus was steamed with some lime juice added at the end.
The pork is boneless pork loins chops, trimmed of any extra fat. Seasoned with salt, pepper and ground chilies.
Chop up one onion and 8 oz of mushrooms. Saute with some ground chilies until the onion is translucent. Add the pork and brown on both sides. Add some chicken stock and bit more salt, pepper and ground chilies, if you'd like.
Cover and cook until the pork is done.
