Villefranche sur Mer - galette bretonne

This is a "galette bretonne" we ate at the restaurant of the previous photo: a sort of thin pizza made with dark wheat. This version is the "biquette", made with tomatoes and goat cheese. Yum!

Questa è la "galette bretonne" che abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante della foto precedente: una specie di pizza sottile fatta con grano saraceno. Questa versione è la "biquette", preparata con pomodori e formaggio di capra. Yum!
