I found this on cooks.com

And i realized if fudge sounds too easy ,its probably not fudge.

This, is not fudge, really. More like sugary sludge, but is delicious if you are into diabetic comas. Luckily, I am.

2 c brown sugar
2 c white sugar
3/4 c soy milk
dash of salt
12 oz jar peanut butter. I strongly recommend a no sugar added or sugar free version. seriously, there is already 4 cups of sugar going into this thing.
1 tsp cornstarch
1 10 tub of ricemellow fluff
1 tsp of vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients in large pot. Slowly bring to a boil, i recommend on low heat- stirring all the while. Once at full boil, keep stirring and boiling for 7 minutes, or until mix is not grainy. DO NOT try to test this with your fingertips, as you will burn the living crap out of them and have blisters on your fingertips like I do. Plus the practice of tasting food with your fingers is considered unsanitary.
ANYWAY, after mix is no longer grainy LOOKING, take off of heat and add rest of ingredients. Beat until sludge begins to thicken. Pour into 9x13 pan if you want skimpier pieces of candy, or 9x9 like this genius did.

Garnish with vegan chocolate sauce and Jimmy's if you wish.
you're welcome.
