I found this on cooks.com

And realized if fudge sounds too easy ,its probably not fudge.

this is more like a thick chocolaty taffy. It still tastes pretty rad.


1.5 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1.5 c milk chocolate chips
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1.5 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts

In heavy saucepan, over very low heat, melt chips with milk and salt. Stir almost constantly, only to pause to take a swill of your PBR. Once mix is melted, stir in nuts into wax paper lined 9x9 pan. Chill for 2 hours until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares at room temperature, you square.
