Basil White Bean Hummus and Chipotle Hummus

Yummy afternoon snack with a cracker or chip....recipes to follow.
Basil White Bean:
1 12-oz can Northern White beans
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tbsp tahini sauce
juice of 1 small lemon
½ tsp salt
6 tbsp fresh basil
Reserve water fron can of beans. Place rest of ingredients in a blender and puree adding a little water at a time and combine until smooth and at the consistance you desire.
Chipotle:
1 can chickpeas
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons plain soygurt
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
lemon juice (half a lemon)
1 chipotle pepper or 2 for hot hummus
1 scallion
salt and pepper to taste
Blend ingredients as described above.
Both recipes make 1-11/4 cups.
