Stuffed Pizza Slice

Yummy slice. Recipe coming.

I rolled out a pizza crust twice the size of my cake pan (previous recipe from The New Vegan) and placed it in a cake pan, allowing the ends to hang out the sides.
Layered with White Sauce (The New Vegan), broccoli, sliced onions, black olive, TVP, sliced herbed tomatoes (previous post), shredded rice Mozzarella. The ends were folded over the pizza and tucked in, more cheeze sprinkled on top and baked at 375 degrees 35 minutes.
