Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the start of a beautiful thing.....recipe to come.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup agave syrup
1/3 cup EVOO
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients- refrigerate until cold then form into log and cover with parchment and continue to chill until very cold.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slices and place on silpat- bake 12-15 minutes.
Makes 15-20 cookies.
