Simply Minestrone

Recipe to follow:
I used leftovers from the frig and pantry.
3 cups vegetable broth
5 tomatoes, diced from the garden
1 cup asparagus,chopped
1 cup collard greens
1/2 cup tofu, diced
1/2 cup veggie chicken, diced
1/4 pkg Veggie pepperoni
1 can waterchestnuts
1/2 ear corn
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 red onion, quartered
Herbs from the garden, minced
1 cup pasta
Salt and Pepper
Dash of Brags
Put everything in a pot over the stove and simmer an hour. When you home smells heavenly, it's time to eat.
