lots of prep work, but worth it. cut the tofu into strips, season, and brown in oil. meanwhile, blanch the chinese broccoli and then shock in ice water so it doesn't get mushy. remove the tofu from oil, and add garlic and chiles. then add sliced bell pepper, the chinese broccoli, and the tofu. when everything is heated through, add a sauce made of red wine vinegar (or rice vinegar, if you have it), soy sauce, sriracha, sesame seeds, and fake chicken broth. cook until reduced, add chopped cilantro, mint, and roasted peanuts. cook for another few minutes, then you're done. serve over rice or noodles, garnish with more herbs, frech sliced chiles, and peanuts.
