Curry and Lemon Pilaf

I recommend using long grain/brown rice.
What you need:
Cooked rice - 2-3 cups
Onion, mushroom, celery - diced
Chicken Bouillon, 1cup water, chicken soup base, curry powder, garlic powder
Lemon, parsley, sliced almond
1) Saute vegetables with butter.
2) Add rice, cold water, chicken base, garlic & curry powder.
3) Bring to a simmer, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
4) Remove from heat. Mix in parsley and sliced almond. Sprinkle with (lots of) lemon juice!
