Chile Peanuts (Cacahuates Enchilados)

Ingredients:
1T peanut oil
1c shelled dry-roasted or raw peanuts, skinned
5 cloves of garlic, whole, skin removed
2-3t chile powder or cayenne
2t salt
Directions:
Heat oil on medium high heat.
Add peanuts and garlic, cooking for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add chile powder and salt.
Stir occasionally for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to tray and let cool.
Remove and discard garlic, if you like.
