just a quick shot of my homemade lunch, got a bit blurred, sorry.

quick recipe
cook (organic) raw spinach with some onions in a tiny bit of oil and salt.
add créme fraiche (or fat sour cream) late but early enough to get i hot for a while.
add some more salt, pepper, plenty of good chili powder, bit of nutmeg (and garlic as an option).
don't forget to warm your plates.
top with lots of fresh parmesan cheese and some more chili powder.
goes well with whoremeal bread and plain water.
