Making ice cream

Bring half a cup of cream, .5 C milk and 1/4 C sugar to a simmer.
Mix 1/4 C sugar with 6 egg yolks. (Or with six egg yolks a little bit of albumen because you're an idiot.)
Add your cream mixture to your egg mixture. Slowly, unless you really want scrambled eggs. I probably don't want scrambled eggs but after everthing's nice anf frozen I'll taste it and let you know.
Return the combined cream and egg mixture to the heat. Don't try to puree your pumpkin at the same time or you'll aggravate your scrambling problem. Again, I'll keep you posted.
