Soy beans with ham & tofu

Garlic & ginger
Fresh or frozen soy beans
Pressed five-spice tofu
Shredded leg ham
Soy sauce

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a hot wok.
Add garlic, ginger and ham - toss until ham is starting to get crispy.
Add soybeans - toss until cooked (or heated through).
Add chopped tofu and soy sauce to taste - toss until tofu is heated through.

Serve with steamed rice.
