ananas - pineapple salad with lobster and shrimps

salad served best on hot days
INGREDIENTS:
1 pineapple
(1lobster ca 800g) & 6 shrimps
or ca. 20 shrimps, as i did
2 oranges
250g broccoli
salt
DRESSING:
two times the yellow of an eggs
1tl spicy/hot mustard
salt (point of a knife)
white pepper (point of a knife)
0,1 l oil
1spoonful (big one) of vinegar
1spoonful (big one) of lime juice
1spoonful (small one) of sugar
1. halfen the pineapple by length, cave the pineapple, takie out the flesh, cube the flesh.
2. cook the shrimps for about 5 min kochen, even better: steaming, cube the shrimps
3. now that´s a little work to do: fillet the oranges, cut off all white
4. 10 min cooking on the broccoli, cube it.
5. fill the pineapple´s halfes with the mixture of broccoli, oranges, pinapple and shrimps
6. put all dressing ingredients together, mix em up with a mixer to get the dressing
7 cover the filled pineapple with dressing, serve it with baguette if you like
