Heat the oven to 200 °C.
Take 500 g Potatoes, peel them and cut into thin slices.
Butter an ovenproof dish, lay the potatoes in, season with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.
Bake 25 minutes.
Dice 175 g onions. Fry 500 g ground meat, add the onions and steam until transparent.
Season with salt, pepper, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme and cayennepepper.
Cut 400 g tomatoes to halves and an eggplant of 175 g into slices.
Add 100 - 200 g sheep's milk cheese to the meat, put it on the potatoes. Arrange the tomatoes and the eggplant on it.
Mix 6 eggs with 1/4 l of milk, season with salt and pepper and pour it over all.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
