Obviously chips, sliced jalapenos, ground beef (might have been a spicy sausage, but not chorizo), olives and black beans (perhaps some reds in there too.) This one looks like I may have experimented with adding green bell peppers, which are not a favorite of mine. I'm sure that's Mozarella smothering the whole.
Throw it all together in the oven and let it bake until everything melts together and the cheese begins to brown nicely. Letting it sit under the broiler heat for a bit doesn't hurt either.
