I learned this goat-cheese salad's recipe from Jartza & Gia. On the right it's how they do it:
- grill cheese (chevre) in the oven with a spoonfull of honey on each slice
- roast pine nuts on the pan
- make balsamico syrup from 1dl sugar and 1dl balsamico by quickly stirring it as you bring it to boil
- use fresh rucola and halve mini tomatoes

Set the tomatoes & rucola on the plates, then cheese & pine nuts. As a finishing touch, pour balsamico syrup on everything.

Dogo wanted some chicken and a carrot on his. Heathen... :)
