Pork with Pineapple and Cilantro

Sliced garlic and green onions (local, 4 each) stir-fried in oil until soft. One pound thin-sliced pork (local) fried in batches over high heat until browned and just cooked through. Lots of sliced pineapple (definitely not local) tossed in the brown pork goodness, added 1T fish sauce + 1T lime juice to deglaze a bit. Warm it all through, add in a ton of cilantro to taste. Served with jasmine rice.
