Just threw this together, so measurements not exact.
Ingredients:
1 lb new red potatoes
salt
pepper
dill
apple cider vinegar
2 tlbs unsalted butter
Get enough salted water boiling to cover the potatoes. Once the water is boiling, put in the potatoes and boil until fork tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain and put back into the hot pan. Cut potatoes in half or in quarters if large. Mix in butter, salt and pepper to taste, a couple pinches of dill and a couple "glubs" of apple cider vinegar for a little tang.
