Old recipe "Cream Pastries" from Maria Pilar's Mum (Les - Valle de Aran - Spain)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup milk cream (*)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon butter
DIRECTIONS:
1.- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a silicon mold.
2.- In a bowl, beat together the egg, white sugar, milk cream.
3.- Mix in flour.
4.- Pour into prepared mold.
5.- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pastries comes out clean. Let cool in mold for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
(*) for make one cup of cream milk boil 2 liters of fat milk for 2 hours and retire the cream of the top until the cup is full.
