Easy. Made from leftover egg whites after I finished my latest ice cream experiment. Take 4 egg whites, 200g sugar, 200g ground nuts (I used almonds) and if you feel like it some cinnamon. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and mix with the nuts and cinnamon - carefully. Bake at 130°C for longer than 20 minutes. I believe that about half an hour should be ok. The original recipe said 20 minutes, but that is too short.
